Refund Policy

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and free of permanent signs of wear (such as scratches or cracked stems).

Feel free to try the keycaps on your keyboard to check the fit and style! Just ensure they remain in like-new condition.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at service@keycapper.com to start your request.

  2. If approved, please send the package to: No. 4, Lane 10, Fenghuang East Area, Beigai, Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China

  3. Note: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos at service@keycapper.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on custom products (special orders/personalized items), sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: The fastest way is to return the current item and place a separate order for the new one.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
